   REASONS WHY YOU GET MORE WITH ORANGE COAST REBUILDING:

   DISASSEMBLY: Upon arrival at our plant, your machine is completely disassembled to bare castings.

   SCREWS, NUTS & SHAFTS: All positioning, feed and motion screws and shafts are checked for wear and rebuilt or replaced.

   CLEANING: All castings are thoroughly cleaned and sanded to remove old paint. Castings are then filled and primed with a protective paint.

   LUBRICATION: The lubrication system will be thoroughly cleaned and checked. All defective gauges, meters and oilers will be replaced.

   REPLACEMENT PARTS: All parts which affect the operating integrity of the machine are carefully examined to determine whether to rebuild or replace them.

   ELECTRICAL CABINETS: All relays, magnetics, motor starters and controls are rebuilt. All push buttons, switches, conduits, fittings and wiring are checked and replaced as required. All electric motors are rebuilt.

   BEARINGS, BUSHINGS & SEALS: To insure original accuracy's and long productive machine life, all bearings, bushings, seals, etc. are replaced.

   WAY SURFACES: All hardened and ground ways are reground flat and parallel. All scraped surfaces are plugged to repair scratches, hand scraped and fit to restore original machine geometry.

   HYDRAULICS: Hydraulic systems will be completely disassembled and cleaned. All worn valves, spools, cylinders and pumps will be rebuilt or replaced. All filters, packings and seals will be replaced.

   PAINTING: Machine casting surfaces will be filled and sanded. Machine will then be painted with the customer's desired color and paint preference.

   SPINDLES: All spindles are completely disassembled, reground, lapped or machined accordingly to bring them back to original tolerances. New bearings and seals are fit to the assembly.

   INSPECTION: Upon final assembly of machine, all functions are tested by Orange Coast technicians. Final accuracy and alignments are checked to see that they either meet or exceed original manufacturer's specifications.
